Best gym in the area trianiner and staff Joe very friendly
This gym is a great asset to our community. It has a nice assortment of both cardio and strength training equipment, as well as a classroom for various classes and uses. It is conveniently located and the hours are pretty well encompassing. The gym is kept clean and all the equipment is good quality and in good working order. The staff are helpful, friendly and courteous; they make a genuine effort to get to know their members, which gives the gym a more homey/family type feel. Joining this gym has had a positive impact on my health and well being since it is easy to get to and not intimidating to keep coming back. It has had a good part in changing my life for the better. I definitely recommend it to anyone at any fitness level, there is something for everyone.
I LOVE this gym! The staff is wonderful and the equipment is state of the art. Every time I walk in I am amazed at how clean the machines are and how fresh it smells.
Over the next few weeks, I tried to get to the gym every other day. Whenever I saw Jason he took the time to help me be comfortable in the gym. He would always encourage me and give me tips to improve my routine. His encouragement gave me the will to stick with it. Jason really cares about the people that come to the gym. You will not get that commitment from any other gym in the area.
Oh and for those of you that are interested, after only about 3-4 weeks, there was a definite difference in the ease in which I was able to mow my lawn. I was able to control my mower on the side hills and I no longer had to rest after the first 30 minutes. It has now been almost 3 months since I joined and I have lost 30 lbs. and went down 2 pant sizes. If you want to join a gym and get results, you should try Train Hard Fitness.
I joined Train Hard Fitness on Saturday, September 9th, 2017. I felt hesitant about joining this gym because I thought it was for hard core gym users and I am very overweight and have not done any serious exercise in years. That day, the parking lot to the gym was full which added to my anxiety and I had to work up the courage to go in. Jason, the owner, was there and I told him my short term goal was to work on my arm strength. He told me I needed to warm up my muscles for twenty minutes first and he put me on a cross-country-ski type of machine that works both arms and legs.
After about only 3 minutes I was out of breath and had to keep pausing the machine. I found myself getting really stressed out. I convinced myself I would not be able to work out after that, since I was struggling with the 20 minute warm-up. Once the 20 minutes was up I just walked out.
The next day, I went back several times until the parking lot was almost empty. I went in, did the warm up and worked on a few machines that were familiar to me. On Tuesday night, I was back on the machine doing the warm up and Jason came in. He recognized me and gave me a big smile. He came over and told me to just keep coming [to the gym]. He didn’t say a word about me walking out. His words meant a lot to me, because I felt that he recognized my struggle.
Train hard fitness is a great gym. The owner and trainers are friendly and very helpful. The gym is always clean, equipment are all new and classes are free. Definitely the best thing about is the gym is that it is open 24 hours. I definitely recommend this gym to everyone.
